Although these coatings are highly resistant to abrasion, it is advisable to use only mild cleaning products and water for cleaning them. Nonstick dishes can be safely washed in your dishwasher. Most manufacturers still recommend hand-washing all similar products. Before using your new dishes for the first time, it is important to hand-wash them in warm water, using mild dish washing product. This will remove a special protective emulsion applied on the coating. Now you can safely start baking and roasting.

Some types of dishes have better heat efficiency than other types. That's why it is important to monitor both oven temperature and baking time, at least for a few first uses. This way you will be able to adjust the time of baking, if needed. Considering the high quality of these products, they are quite affordable, really durable and provide very good results. They should be in every kitchen.
