When it comes to treatment, there are three methods you can use to achieve your desired results. One there is in office treatment. This is the most effective needless to say the fastest. Here, all you need is to walk in, then your dentist will apply a bleaching paste then you will walk out after approximately 45 minute with the biggest smile there is. However, follow up visits are necessary.

Alternatively, you can go buy whitening products over the counter or ask your dentist to give you a bleaching gel which works together with a mouth guard.
