The problem with constantly consuming something that you know isn t right for you is you can end up with other issues. For instance, if you are having a negative effect from caffeine, but you can t reduce your alcohol intake, you can easily end up with diabetes. Firstly, the sugar amount is high and the fact that you can t stay away from what is affecting you.
