Fast meals are best for inexperienced cooks who have basic skills unlike the pro chefs. This is the motivation behind getting healthy 30 minute meals.

Think of a sweet dinner that looks like an ordinary supper on that tight schedule. Having to use a blunt knife makes one takes longer and also uses a lot of energy to cut and prepare items that would have taken just a single stroke in cutting them. This should be done as frequent as possible.
