An Office Coffee Service Makes Sense For A Productive Work Force

Most people, when they arrive at work in the morning, need a pick me up such as coffee. They need this caffeine in the morning because they have a long day in front of them and they just can not see themselves handling it alone. A lot of companies still provide this type of refreshment, however, they want someone to handle this for them. That is where an office coffee service comes in handy.

Of all of the many different brands of coffees, many people will only drink a certain one. They will know that all brands have certain roasts. Some of them are very dark and others are quite light. Still others will have certain flavors mixed in. The firm who offers this service must be able to satisfy as many people as possible to make the system work correctly.

Coffee service personnel know what is the most popular blends in their service area. They can talk with the employees to discover what they prefer and bring something that is as close as possible to that. They are wanting to make sure they bring favorable items in so that a pleasant experience can be expected.

Most people like to have something in their hot drink. This means sugar and cream, whether dry, liquid or dietary. It might mean various flavors, such as chocolate, vanilla or French Roast. Cups, of course, as well as lids, stirrers, sleeves and straws will be on hand to make every one comfortable with using this service.

It is not just coffee that is supplied, either. Hot chocolate is the drink preferred by many people. Hot tea, in various blends, brands, colors and strengths will also be on hand. Usually the system is set up as a brewer and several hot pots. These pots have a hinged lid with a pump pipe inserted to the bottom. The pot, having been filled, is removed and the lid clamped down. This system will hold the coffee in a hot condition for quite some time. Pumping the handle, located on the top, will fill the cup or other container placed under it.

Many times, fresh donuts or pastries of popular varieties can be offered. Some companies will also set up a small refrigerator and select sandwiches and other snacks. A fairly good number of larger companies can take over control of the entire break or kitchen area. This will allow them to monitor everything and make sure refrigerators, microwaves, tables and chairs are all maintained in appropriate conditions.

Cleaning all of the mess and making all of the coffee, unfortunately, does not fall to the service. There are a lot of messes made each day, on many occasions, that must be picked up by your people. The janitorial cleaning firm you have come in each night will deep clean the stations. However, a large part of this work is to be done by the people enjoying the drinks that are there.
